Located in the medina of Marrakech halfway between the Jemaa el Fna square and the Majorelle gardens.
Mostapha will take care of you upon your arrival.
Zakia will take care of you. She cooks wonderfully.
A family vacation without having to worry about shopping, cooking or cleaning is what we call a real vacation.
The house is never rented without the presence of the staff.
We want to give you the best possible welcome.
Whatever the time of arrival, day or night, there will be someone to help you and facilitate your installation at Dar Essattatia.
We can arrange for a minibus with a driver to pick you up at the airport in Marrakech.
This service is included in the price of the rental.

All the rooms are decorated differently. Work is regularly done by local craftsmen whose techniques are highlighted.
Services included : Sheets provided, towels provided. Cleaning included. On request, shopping and preparation of meals by the cook. Transfer airport-home included.

More than a simple rental house, what makes the strength of our concept is above all the presence of people at your service to help you spend a pleasant stay without having to worry about shopping or cleaning. We can offer you a breakfast and a dinner per day cooked on the spot with fresh products from the market. Our cook will be delighted to make you discover Moroccan specialties, she will be able to adapt to the appetites to the tastes or diets.
Count 130 dirhams per day and per person (about 12 euros) for a breakfast (50dh) and a dinner (80dh). Possibility to have only breakfast (50dh).
Meals are ordered the day before for the day after.
Possibility of adapting the portions and the prices for young children.
These people are employed on a year-round basis. They form a close-knit team. We trust them completely. Each one is competent in his field.

Zakia is a sweet and very discreet person.
She started with us in 2012 at Dar al Mandar and is now in charge of Dar Essattatia replacing Khadija who retired.
Zakia has very good references, as she was a chef de rang in big hotels in Marrakech before joining our team.
Her cooking is in her image.
Zakia is unanimously appreciated by our customers. The guestbook is full of favorable comments about her. So, you just have to let her spoil you. Such is her pleasure.
Mostapha is the one who manages your transfer from the airport to the house, no matter what time you arrive. He is the first person in our team that you will meet.
Mostapha has been working with us for many years, managing both the clients' wishes and the general housekeeping. He has supervised the work of the houses since their acquisition. He is therefore in a position to explain their functioning.
He speaks very good French and also gets by in English.
You can count on him to give you advice in terms of car rental or excursions. He will be able to put you in touch with the right people. On the other hand, he should not be used as a guide, it is forbidden by the Moroccan authorities.
He will be able to give you landmarks to direct you in the medina and will indicate you the good addresses and those to be avoided.
His phone number will be given to you. At any time of the day you can call him.
A little advice, if you wish, invite him at home in the evening (at the time of the aperitif for example), he will be delighted to make with you the debriefing of the day and will give you his advice for the following day.
You will be able to ask him all the questions you want. Be careful, Mostapha does not drink alcohol.
